Blue polishes win my heart. Every. Single. Time. I was intrigued by the Kylie Jenner Collection(s) of polish from Sinful Shine (or Sinful Colors if you're in the USA). Some of the polishes are amazing and True Kolor is an absolute knockout from the entire line of over 50 or more polishes.
True Kolor is a bright cobalt blue jelly that applies beautifully. I believe I am wearing 3 thin coats with a top coat to make it extra glossy. I love the glossy jelly finish on the polish. It also wore really well using a new technique I picked up: after you've applied your polish, apply one layer of base coat again and then apply top coat. I swear I get a week out of all polishes now.
